Delivery days and hours:
In our online store, it is very important to us that every order placed is processed as quickly and conveniently as possible for our customers. Therefore, efficient shipping is one of the pillars of our business. We carry out deliveries from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. On the day the parcel is collected by the courier and on the day of delivery, the customer receives an SMS message. We remind you that after shipping, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
Delivery method:
Customers can choose between two proven carriers – UPS and DPD. In the case of pallet shipments, we use Hellmann, Schenker, and Raben. We carefully pack every product so that it reaches the address indicated by the customer in perfect condition. We are convinced that our careful packaging is a guarantee of safe package delivery.
ATTENTION! Mattresses and furniture are delivered by a private carrier. Delivery time ranges from 5 to 15 business days. The customer receives information a few days before delivery about the planned delivery time window. It is not possible to change the delivery time because the third-party driver has a pre-planned route. The delivery time window is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We ask for your understanding; not all items can be sent by a courier who delivers within 2 days. We strive to ensure that all products are delivered as quickly as possible and in the best possible conditions.

Please note that couriers are not obliged to carry parcels into apartments.
Telephone contact:
Contact before delivery depends on the courier delivering the parcel. We always add the recipient's phone number to the shipping label, but we have no influence over the individual courier. Some call the customer before delivery to ensure the parcel is delivered without any problems. Other couriers, however, do not use the phone to confirm the parcel's receipt on a given day and time.
International deliveries:
We are able to carry out deliveries outside of Poland, and our services are available to customers throughout Europe. In the cart, you must select the delivery country, and the costs will be automatically calculated, taking into account different delivery zones. However, please remember that delivery costs may vary depending on the country to which the ordered products are to be sent. At the same time, we would like to point out that it is not possible to ship an international parcel with cash on delivery. Full prepayment is required for the ordered products so that we can fulfill the delivery to the selected country without any problems.
