Returns and complaints

Withdrawal from the contract

If

A) you are a consumer

or

B) you are a natural person, and the contract you concluded with us after December 31, 2020, is directly related to your business activity, but is not of a professional nature for you

- as a rule, you are entitled to the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a statement of withdrawal from the contract, e.g., via an e-mail sent to the address: biuro@bedframes.pl

Return the item to us immediately at the address: ul. Kryształowa 28, 63-600 Olszowa, but no later than 14 days from the day on which you withdrew from the contract.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

  • for a contract in which we issue an item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the moment you take possession of the item or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, and in the case of a contract that includes many items that are delivered separately, in lots or in parts - from taking possession of the last item, lot, or part by you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before it expires.

We will return the payments made by you, including the costs of delivering the items on the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions, immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day of receiving your statement of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the item back or until you provide proof of sending it back, whichever occurs first.

Remember that you do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, among others, in relation to a contract:

  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specifications or serving to satisfy your individualized needs;
  • in which the subject of the service is a perishable item or one with a short shelf life;
  • in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
  • in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints

If you are a consumer, in the event that the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to complain based on the statutory warranty. The complaint should ideally be submitted to the e-mail address: biuro@bedframes.pl or by post to the address ul. Diamentowa 2, 63-600 Olszowa.

Defective goods should be sent to the address: ul. Kryształowa 28, 63-600 Olszowa

In connection with the defect, you may demand:

  • replacement of the item with one free of defects,
  • removal of the defect,

or submit a statement on:

  • price reduction,
  • withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a material defect.

We are liable to you for defects found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery of the item.

As a rule, you can report a complaint within a year of noticing the defect, but the time for filing a complaint cannot end before the expiry of the seller's liability period.

Your complaint will be considered (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint notification.
