NON-STANDARD PRODUCT - EXTENDED LEAD TIME

Frame width: 790mm
Frame length: 1805mm
Slats: 22 birch spring slats
Distance between slats: approximately 2.5cm
Mechanism dimensions: technical drawings of the lifting mechanism are available in the product gallery
Packaging: each frame is packed in a separate carton measuring approximately 200x30x13cm
Assembly: the frame is for self-assembly; please remember to mount the gas struts with the THICKER part facing upwards
Bed Box for Self-Construction (not included):
Minimum internal box dimension (recommended length clearance): 80 x 181cm
Box height: minimum 20cm
Installation in the box: each customer must individually determine the height for mounting the mechanisms, depending on mattress thickness and individual requirements
Selecting Gas Springs:
The choice depends entirely on the thickness and weight of the mattress that will be placed on the frame.
Please note that a stronger strut is not always "better." We recommend a standard 400N strut.
