Lifting Metal Bed Frame 140x200 BOX - 48 Slats
Our bed frames are crafted from a heavy-duty 40x30mm profile, ensuring the highest durability available on the market. These high-quality lifting mechanisms have been manufactured for years in a specialist Polish factory. The frame features flexible birch wood slats fitted into high-quality plastic holders, which effectively eliminates squeaking. Each frame includes a lifting handle made of thick braided cord, which can be conveniently tucked between the mattress and the frame to remain invisible.

Frame length: 2003mm
Slats: 48 flexible birch slats
Distance between slats: approx. 2.5cm
Mechanism dimensions: technical drawings of the lifting mechanism available in the product gallery
Packaging: each frame is packed in a separate carton, approx. 210x30x13cm
Assembly: the frame is for self-assembly; please remember to mount the gas struts with the THICKER part facing upwards.

Minimum internal box dimensions (recommended length clearance): 140 x 201cm
Box height: minimum 20cm
Box mounting: each customer must individually determine the mounting height for the mechanisms based on mattress thickness and personal preference.

Gas Strut Selection:
Selection depends on the weight and thickness of the mattress. Note that a stronger gas strut is not always "better." Below is a selection table for standard mattresses. If in doubt, please contact us via email or phone for assistance – mattress weight is required for guidance.
