Made from a thick 40x30mm profile, it guarantees the highest durability on the market. The mechanisms used in production come from a Polish factory and have been recognized by customers for years.
Eliminating the Squeaking Problem
BOX frames feature birch wood slats that are snapped into holders made of high-quality plastic. Thanks to this design, squeaking becomes a problem of the past. Additionally, each frame includes a lifting handle made of thick braided cord, which can be tucked between the mattress and the bed frame to remain invisible.

Assembly: the frame is for self-assembly; please remember to mount the gas struts with the THICKER part facing upwards

Minimum internal box dimensions (recommended length clearance): 160 x 211cm
Box height: minimum 20cm
Installation in the box: each customer must individually select the height at which the mechanisms are mounted, depending on mattress thickness and individual needs
Selection of Gas Springs:
Selection depends on the thickness and weight of the mattress that will ultimately be placed on the frame. We would like to point out that a stronger strut is not always "better". Below is a selection table for gas struts for specific frame sizes that fit standard mattresses perfectly. In case of doubt, please contact us via email or phone for assistance in selecting the strut – the weight of the mattress must be known.
