Minimum internal dimensions of the box (recommended length clearance): 200 x 211cm
Box height: minimum 20cm
Installation in the box: each customer must individually select the height at which to mount the mechanisms, depending on the thickness of the mattress and individual needs
Gas spring selection:
It all depends on the thickness and weight of the mattress that will ultimately be on the frame. We would like to point out that a stronger gas strut is not always "better". Below is a selection table for gas struts for specific frame sizes that fit standard mattresses perfectly. In case of doubt, please contact us by email or phone for assistance in selecting the strut - the mattress weight must be known.
For very heavy mattresses, it is recommended to replace the mechanism with ST-MAX, which can accommodate gas struts with a power of 1350N or 1450N.
