Packaging: each frame is packed in a separate carton (approx. 220x30x13cm)
Assembly: self-assembly required; please remember to install the gas struts with the THICKER part facing upwards
Bed box for self-build (not included):
Minimum internal box dimension (recommended length clearance): 200 x 221cm
Box height: minimum 20cm
Installation in the box: each customer must individually choose the height for mounting the mechanisms, depending on the mattress thickness and personal needs
Gas strut selection:
The choice depends on the thickness and weight of the mattress that will be placed on the frame. Please note that a stronger strut is not always "better". Below is a selection table for gas struts for specific frame dimensions that are ideally suited for standard mattresses. If in doubt, please contact us by email or phone for assistance – the mattress weight must be known.
For very heavy mattresses, it is recommended to upgrade the mechanism to the ST-MAX model, which can be fitted with 1350N or 1450N struts.
