100x190 SIDE Bed Frame with 23 Slats
Made from a thick 40x30mm steel profile, this frame is extremely solid and resistant to damage. The mechanisms, manufactured for years in a Polish factory, guarantee reliability and comfort of use.
Custom-made product - no returns possible.
For side frames with non-standard lengths, i.e., 190cm, 210cm, and 220cm, the opening handle is modified. There is no fixed cord permanently mounted in the profile. We include a cord in the set, which should be attached to the side profile at the appropriate location before bolting the frame together.

Frame length: 1904mm
Slats: 23 flexible birch spring slats
Distance between slats: approximately 2.5cm
Mechanism dimensions: technical drawings of the lifting mechanism are available in the product gallery
Packaging: each frame is packed in a separate box measuring approximately 210x30x13cm
Assembly: the frame is for self-assembly; please remember to mount the gas struts with the THICKER part facing upwards
Bed box for self-construction (not included):
Internal box dimensions (recommended length clearance): 100 x 192cm
Box height: minimum 20cm
Installation in the box: each customer must individually determine the height at which the mechanisms will be mounted; this depends on the mattress thickness and individual needs.

Selection of gas struts:
This depends entirely on the thickness and weight of the mattress that will be placed on the frame. We would like to point out that a stronger strut is not always "better". For side-opening frames, we recommend 350N struts. In case of doubt, please contact us by email or phone for assistance in selecting the correct strut - the weight of the mattress must be known.
