Side-Lifting Metal Bed Frame 180x190 - 46 Slats
Made from a thick 40x30mm profile, this frame is exceptionally solid and resistant to damage. The mechanisms, manufactured for years in a Polish factory, guarantee reliability and ease of use.
Custom-made product - no returns possible.
For side-opening frames with non-standard lengths (190cm, 210cm, and 220cm), the opening handle is modified. There is no permanent pull-cord pre-installed in the profile. We include a cord in the set, which should be attached to the side profile at the appropriate location before bolting the frame together.

Slats: 46 flexible birch spring slats
Distance between slats: approx. 2.5cm
Mechanism dimensions: technical drawings of the lifting mechanism are available in the product gallery
Packaging: each frame is packed in a separate carton measuring approximately 210x30x13cm
Assembly: the frame is for self-assembly; please remember to mount the gas struts with the THICKER part facing upwards.
Bed box for self-construction (not included):
Internal box dimensions (recommended length clearance): 180 x 192cm
Box height: minimum 20cm
Installation in the box: each customer must individually determine the height for mounting the mechanisms; this depends on the mattress thickness and individual needs.

Selection of gas springs:
This depends entirely on the thickness and weight of the mattress that will be placed on the frame. We would like to point out that a stronger actuator is not always "better". For side-opening frames, we recommend 900N gas struts. In case of doubt, please contact us by email or phone for assistance in selecting the correct actuator - the weight of the mattress must be known.
